Advances in coherent coupling between magnons and acoustic phonons

چکیده

The interaction between magnetic and acoustic excitations has recently inspired many interdisciplinary studies ranging from fundamental physics to circuit implementation. Specifically, the exploration of their coherent interconversion enabled via magnetoelastic coupling opens a new playground combining straintronics spintronics provides unique platform for building up on-chip information processing networks with miniaturized magnonic devices. In this Perspective, we will focus on recent progress magnon–phonon coupled dynamic systems, including materials, circuits, imaging, physics. particular, highlight features such as nonreciprocal wave propagation strong magnons phonons in thin-film which provide manipulation transduction. We also review frontiers surface resonators quantum transduction discuss how novel design can be applied microwave spintronics.
